Soccer Trophy/Medal Coordinator

Positions available: 1

Trophies (Spring) and Medals (Fall) are ordered for U5, U6 and U8 leagues.

**Need trophies/medals 2 weeks before soccer season ends**

  1. Please use Hasty Awards for ordering trophies http://www.hastyawards.com/
  2. May spend around $5 per trophy and $3 per medal.
  3. Please select trophy/medal that will be appealing to both boys and girls.
  4. Soccer Director will provide a list with names (and parents email addresses) of kids in the U5, U6 & U8 program
  5. Trophy Volunteer should contact all parents to confirm how they would like their child’s name to appear on trophy
  6. Order 2 extra trophies/medals with blank name plates in case of errors
  7. Once trophies/medals are delivered, the trophy volunteer should check each trophy/medal to be sure each name and any other engraving is correct
  8. Volunteer should get trophies/medals to each head coach or trophy delivery volunteer.
  9. Regarding payment, please submit invoice to Soccer Director (who will work with Treasurer to pay invoice)

Fulfilling the duties of this position will qualify for a full refund of your $50 volunteer fee for that season. Just registering for this position does not qualify for your refund. You must complete the activity to qualify for your refund. If more people volunteer for this position than are needed, the overall league soccer director will make a final selection. If you are not selected for this role, you will be given the opportunity to select a different volunteer activity
