Anyone can purchase a gift certificate.
They are available in increments of $25 and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
They may be used towards the registration fee and/or volunteer fee for any rec council program.
To purchase a gift certificate, please open the document below. You can fill it out electronically and then print it or you can simply print it and fill it out by hand. Please mail the completed form and a check made payable to Fox River Grove Recreation Council to Charley Neal, 405 Essex Road, Fox River Grove, IL 60021.

As an organization, the Fox River Grove Recreation Council (FRGRC) has one overriding goal: to provide the young people of our community the opportunity to experience the benefits and enjoyment of participating in organized athletics. The Rec Council is committed to providing our youth an opportunity to develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually through participation in sporting activities.
Participation in sports helps to develop lifetime skills. Specifically, the elements of self-control, discipline, and commitment are developed and practiced. Participants are encouraged to make the right decisions and choices in sports as well as the right decisions and choices in life.
The FRGRC is composed entirely of volunteer members, and is a qualified 501c3.

NEW VOLUNTEER POLICY EFFECTIVE 7/1/08 The volunteer fee is increasing to $50.00 per family and per activity. In addition, this fee will be collected up front during the registration process for all sports. After the volunteer commitment is satisfied then the Rec Council will return the volunteer fee.
Volunteers are needed to continue this 100% volunteer program.
Field Usage and Park Permit Information:
Note: The use of this request form is specific to organized team sports with the participants under the age of 18. For usage other than this, or if this is for use of a park, please contact the Village of Fox River Grove and use the Park Permit Form.
Availability of Fox River Grove Parks for Field Usage The FRG Rec Council is responsible for all athletic field scheduling in Fox River Grove. For non-Rec-Council sponsored teams wishing to use FRG athletic fields, the open period for submitting completed field use requests is as follows:
Spring Quarter(Mar-May): January 28 through February 3 Summer Quarter(June-Aug):May 1 through May 7 Fall Quarter(Sept-Nov): July 1 through July 31 Winter Quarter(Dec-Feb): October 31 through November 6 Please fill out the Fox River Grove Field Use Request & Permit shown at right. Parks available for independent organized team usage: Lions Park – Open all Fridays Hunter’s Farm Park – Open all Fridays and Sundays.Contact us for optional availability during the week.
